1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes between 4 to 14 working days, depending on your location within South Africa.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted courier services including The Courier Guy, Pudo, and other reliable partners to deliver your orders safely and promptly.

5. Shipping Fees

We charge a flat rate for shipping on all orders. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If you are unavailable to receive your order and it is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional redelivery fees.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track your package through the courier’s website.

8. Future International Shipping
