Return Policy
1. Return Timeframe
We accept returns within 48 working hours of the delivery date. If more than 48 working hours have passed since your
item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must
also be in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable. These include opened pet supplements, items marked as clearance or final sale, and
any item not in its original condition.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly. If you are
eligible for free return shipping, we will provide instructions via email.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to
your original method of payment. Please note: a restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund
amount.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Only refunds are processed for eligible returns.

photos if applicable. We will provide instructions and next steps.
